Deodatus Vincent Maliti, PhD

Dr. Deodatus Vincent Maliti is a prominent public health malaria entomologist and vector control specialist, currently the Founder and Director of ResearchLink International in Moshi, Tanzania. With over 15 years of experience, he has developed expertise in malaria vector surveillance and control, focusing on interventions such as Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) and Long-Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLINs). Dr. Maliti holds a Ph.D. in Entomology from the University of Glasgow, where he studied the ecological and genetic determinants of malaria vectors' behavior. He has collaborated with major organizations like the World Health Organization and the Global Fund, contributing significantly to public health initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa. Mrs. Laura Yusti Shayo is a dedicated Tanzanian educator and language specialist with extensive experience in English language teaching and project management. He has successfully conducted needs assessments and implemented projects aimed at improving educational quality in Tanzania.
